DescriptionThis act updates the fees to be paid by innkeepers and tavern owners for licenses based on what types of liquors they sell to their patrons. The conditions for holding a license are stated within the act, as well as the regulations license-holders must adhere to. A penalty of twelve pounds is imposed on anybody who should sell any liquor without a proper license.
