    This act incorporates the London and Gore Rail Road company, giving them the rights to build a single iron or wooden railroad between London and Burlington Bay. They have the right to survey all the land in between London and Burlington Bay in order to choose the best location for a railway, as well as permission to build over any roads or waterways that may impede their path from London and Burlington Bay.
