  • Description
    This act incorporates the Cobourg Rail Road company, giving them the rights to build a single iron or wooden railroad between Rice Lake and Lake Ontario near Cobourg. They have the right to survey all the land in between Rice Lake and Cobourg in order to choose the best location for a railway, as well as permission to build over any roads or waterways that may impede their path from Rice Lake to Cobourg.
