DescriptionThis act incorporates the Bronté Harbour company. The company is empowered to build a harbour at the mouth of Twelve Mile Creek at their own costs, for the better navigation of Lake Ontario. Once the harbour is complete, the company is authorized to collect tolls on all incoming cargo, as specified by the act.
