    An Act that incorporates "The Sydenhem Habour Company" for the purpose of building and maintaining a harbour at the mouth of Annis's Creek in the Township of Whitby. Once completed, the company can collect tolls on all boats that use the harbout. After fifty years, the harbour will become property of the crown.
