  • Description
    This act incorporates the Credit Harbour company, allowing them to build a harbour at the mouth of the river Credit. It limits the value of the company's shares at five thousand pounds, and appoints commissioners to determine the necessary land for the building of roads and other points of access for building the harbour. It also determines taxes and duties to be paid by vessels once the harbour is built.
