    This Act puts further regulations in place to fix the number of licenses granted for keeping Houses of Public Entertainment and for retailing spiritous liquors in the province. The processes by which licenses can be obtained are described. Penalties for those who do not abide by the tenets of this Act are outlined. This Act is to remain in force until 1831.
