    An Act to continue an Act from 1823, “An Act to amend an Act passed in the thirty-fourth year of the Reign of His late Majesty George the Third, intituled, ‘An Act for the Division of the Province of Lower-Canada to amend the Judicature thereof, and to repeal certain Laws therein-mentioned, in as much as the same relates to the Courts of Criminal Jurisdiction.’” This Act is to remain in force until 1827.
