    An Act related to An Act to authorize the raising of the Remainder of the Loan guaranteed by the Imperial Parliament. The money needed to pay the debt will be raised or borrowed in a manner dictated and by officers appointed by Her Majesty. As well, four percent of the debt will be taken annually from the Consolidated Revenue Fund to pay off the loan.
