    An Act to make further provisions to carry the purposes of the 1817 Act “An Act to make more effectual provision for the improvement of the Internal Communications of this Province,” as pertains to the improvement of the Navigation of the River Richelieu, between Sorel and Fort Chambly into effect. A sum of fifteen hundred and fifty pounds are granted to this purpose.
