DescriptionAn Act to extend the provisions of an Act from 1801 “An Act for the summary trial of certain small causes in the Country Parishes in this Province,” and an Act from 1822 “An Act to amend an Act passed in the first year of His present Majesty’s Reign, intituled, 'An Act for the summary Trial of certain Small Causes, in the Country Parishes in this Province,” to the Inferior District of Saint Francis. This Act also confirms that all judgements made under the 1823 Act “An Act to erect certain Townships therein-mentioned into an Inferior District, to be called the Inferior District of Saint Francis, and to establish Courts of Judicature therein,” are lawful. This Act is to expire in 1825.
