An Act to extend the provisions of an Act passed in the First year of His Majesty’s Reign, entitled “An Act granting to His Majesty a sum of Money, to be raised by Debenture, for the improvement of Roads and Bridges in the several Districts of this Province.” Passed 28th January, 1832.

    This Act permits the Commissioners for a number of road and bridge projects to continue in their roles so that project money as yet unexpended may be used as planned. The Act also provides specific instructions for the expenditure of funds in two locations in Johnstown District.
