    An Act to amend an Act passed in 1823, “An Act to render Voluntary Sheriffs’ Sales, (Décrêts Volontaires,) more easy and less expensive.” Under this Act, Sheriffs are not entitled to a fee, Commission, or Poundage in the case of voluntary sheriff's sales.
