  • Description
    This act is an amendment to an act passed in 1834, which allowed the Welland Canal Company to purchase more stocks in the company. It also states that the company will be responsible for the repair of bridges over the canals which are within their jurisdiction, and will be fined for every day their bridges are in poor repair.
