  • Description
This is an amendment to a past act which grants Francois Verrault full rights not only to build a bridge over the River Etchemins, but to charge a toll to cross said bridge. The amendment clarifies a clause which could be interpreted as taking away his family's rights to charge the toll, at great expense to the family, which has spent money to not only build but to maintain the bridge.
