The Act appoints Josias Wurtele, Stanley Bagg, Joseph Chevalier, Charles Simon Delorme, Joseph Vallee, George Wurtele, Jean Baptiste Castonguay, Benjamin Hall and Augustin Tulloch, Junior as Trustees for the Market Place, and gives directions for its construction.
