  • Description
    Under this Act, Aliens who are native to France and bore arms or held office in service France or her colonies during the revolution are to be arrested for a period not more than two months upon entering the province. Justices of the Peace are to ask aliens coming into the province about their name, rank, occupation, and former residence. This Act is to remain in force until 1818.
