    An Act to authorise the construction of a new public marketplace and wharf in Quebec, on Saint Paul Street, between Ramsay Street and Saint Roch Street. Processes for the construction of the market stalls and weigh house are outlined, as well as penalties for those who offend against the Act’s terms. Five persons residing in Quebec are to be appointed as trustees for the market who are to oversee its construction.
