    An Act to aid with the construction of an House of Industry for the poor on the lots left for that purpose by John Conrad Marsteller. The processes by which this House of Industry is to be realized are outlined, including how Wardens will be appointed and their duties. The Act requires that commissioners be appointed to report on this House of Industry and describes how the funds for it are to be handled.
