    This Act establishes a system of quarantine to prevent the introduction of Asiatic Cholera into the province, outlining the processes by which this should be put in place and allowable expenses. This Act also establishes a Board of Health in the City of Québec, and outlines their responsibilities. This Act is to remain in force until 1833.
