    This Act outlines the process by which a Chair and Trustees are to be elected to govern the Common of the Seigneurie of La Baie as a body politic and corporate by the name “Chairman and Trustees of the Common of the Seigneurie of La Baie Saint Antoine, commonly called La Baie du Febvre.” The Act also outlines how the land is to be governed. This Act is to expire in 1843.
