    This Act continues and amends a former Act from 1829, “An Act to suspend, for a limited time, certain Acts therein-mentioned, and to regulate in a better manner the Inspection of Pot and Pearl Ashes.” The Act allows the Inspectors of Pot and Pearl Ashes in Montreal, Sorel-Tracy, and Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu to appoint Assistant Inspectors. This Act is to remain in force until 1836.
