An Act to continue and make permanent an Act passed in the fourth year of the reign of His late Majesty King William the Fourth, entitled “An Act to revive and continue an Act passed in the fourth year of the reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, entitled “An Act prescribing the mode of measuring the contents of Wooden Stills, also, for fixing the rate of Duty to be paid on all Stills used for the Distillation of Spirituous Liquors within this Province.” Passed May 11th, 1839.
