DescriptionAn Act to continue and amend an Act originally passed in 1803 “An Act for the better regulation of the Militia of this Province, and for repealing certain Acts or Ordinances therein mentioned,” that was amended in 1817 and 1819. This Act amends a clause relating to sums to be appropriated for the payment of certain Militia Offers and further enacts that a sum shall be put towards defraying expenses incurred by prosecuting delinquents or offenders of Militia laws. These Acts are to continue in force until 1825.
