An Act to continue an Act, intituled “An Act to authorise the Justices of the Peace in the several Counties in their General Sessions to make regulations for Carmen, Waggoners and Truckmen, and to establish the rates and fares to be taken for the cartage and truckage of goods in the several Towns throughout the Province and also to regulate the measurement of Coals and Salt.’’ Passed 17th March 1835.
