DescriptionThis act aims to make boats and passenger wharves and gangways safer by legislating lights on all watercrafts after dark, "dark" being defined as one hour after sunset and one hour before sunrise. It also requires secured gangways and handrails with sufficient lighting on wharves and gangways, as well as other matters regarding security while navigating provincial waters.
