    An Act to reform the mode by which duties are collected on tea and other commodities imported from China to Canada. Under this Act, Agents of the East India Company in Canada
    are to give an invoice describing each ship’s cargo to the Custom House at Quebec before they break bulk. The manner in which the customs duties are to be received are described, as well as how damaged goods are to be disposed.
