    This Act permits the Treasurer of the Eastern District to borrow up to 3,500 pounds towards the construction of a gaol and courthouse in Cornwall. The Act specifies the terms of repayment for such (a) loan(s), and replaces James Pringle with Guy C. Wood as a Commissioner for the construction process.
