An Act to authorize the Justices of the Peace in the several Counties, in their General Sessions, to make regulations for Carmen, Waggoners and Truckmen; and to establish the rates and fares to be taken for the Cartage and Truckage of Goods, in the several Towns throughout the Province; and also to regulate the measurement of Coals and Salt. Passed 8th March, 1830.
