An Act to authorize the Justices of the Peace in the County of Northumberland, in their General Sessions, to levy an assessment on the said County, for the purpose of defraying the expenses of the repairs of the Gaol and Court House, and for payment of the County Debt. Passed the 20th of March, 1821.
