    This Act provides a further sum not exceeding fifteen thousands pounds towards carrying the 1830 Act, “An Act to provide for the improvement and enlargement of the Harbour of Montreal,” into effect. Further provisions towards improving the Harbour at Montreal are outlined. The Act also lists the rates of wharfage to be collected.
