  • Description
An Act to allow Jacques Morin, Junior to build a toll bridge of the River du Sud near the fall, at his own cost. The Act stipulates that as long as he, his heirs, executors, or curators collect a toll at this bridge, they are responsible for its maintenance and the maintenance of the byroads leading to it. The Crown may assume possession of the bridge after fifty years, or if Morin fails to complete the bridge within three years from the passing of this Act or fail to repair the bridge if deemed required.
