An Act to authorise the Chairman and Trustees of the Common of the Seigniory of the Baie Saint Antoine, commonly called the Baie du Febvre, to terminate certain disputes relating to the limits of the said Common, and for other purposes appertaining to the same. (9th March, 1824.)

DescriptionThis Act extends the powers of the “The Corporation of the Chairman and Trustees of the Common of the Seigniory [seigneurie] of La Bait Saint Antoine, commonly called La Baie du Febvre,” from those originally described in an Act from 1822 “An Act to enable the Inhabitants of the Seigniory of La Baie Saint Antoine, commonly called La Baie du Febvre, to provide for the better regulation of the Common in the said Seigniory.” Under this Act the Chairman and Trustees are empowered to handle disputes regarding the Common's borders, including encroachments into the Common or into neighbouring lands. This Act is to expire in 1843.
