DescriptionThis Act states that, beginning this year and continuing until construction is complete, his Majesty the King be paid 400 pounds annually from the coffers of the Receiver General of Upper Canada, in order to erect buildings to house government offices and meeting rooms for such bodies as the Legislative Council, the Assembly, the Executive Council, and the Courts of Justice.
