    This Act grants a sum not exceeding five hundred pounds towards to the encouragement of settlements on the road between Saint Joachim and the Baie-Saint-Paul in the County of Northumberland, in addition to the five hundred pounds granted in 1825 under “An Act to appropriate a sum of money towards promoting the improvement of the Road of Communication between Saint Joachim and the Bay Saint Paul.” The Act amends and repeals certain articles of the 1825 Act.
