    This Act advances a sum not exceeding thirty-eight thousand three hundred and ninety-one pounds six shillings and seven pence currency to be applied to the improvement of the Internal Communications in the Province, including improvements to and construction of roads, and changes to several waterways. Directions for how these funds should be applied and where improvements are to be made are outlined.
