  • Description
    Under this Act, three Commissioners are to be appointed to oversee improvements to the portion of the Saint Lawrence River extending from the Cascades to Lac Saint-François. A sum not exceeding ten thousand two hundred and one pounds eight shillings and seven pence is to be applied for this purpose. Directions for how these improvements should be undertaken are outlined.
