    Under this Act, three commissioners are to be appointed to meet with several petitioners seeking to erect a toll bridge over the Rivière Saint-Charles to the east of the existing Dorchester Bridge. The commissioners are to meet with the petitioners to agree upon the terms under which the bridge will be constructed.
