    This is an amendment to an 1850 act which is a complete overhaul of laws respecting jurors and juries in Upper Canada, and covers numerous issues including jury rolls are to be maintained and organized and by whom, to qualifications that must be met by potential jurors, how jurors are to be selected from the rolls and who is responsible for selecting them, when a jury is necessary, and the responsibilities of a jury when one is appointed, among other things.
