    This Act continues and amends the 1825 “Act An Act to continue for a further limited time and amend certain Acts therein mentioned, relating to the Trial of Controverted Elections of Members to serve in the Assembly of this Province.” This Act makes amendments to the processes by which an undue Election can be ascertained. This Act is to remain in force until 1834.
