    This Act amends and continues the 1821 Act, “An Act for the Incorporation of certain persons therein-mentioned, under the name of the ‘Quebec Bank.’” The rate of Capital Stock is amended, including how these changes should be implemented, and some regulations on the Board of Directors are altered. This Act is to remain in force until 1836.
