    This Act amends the 1829 Act “An Act to appropriate a certain sum of Money towards erecting Light Houses on the Shores of the River Saint Lawrence and for other purposes therein mentioned.” Under this Act, the place where a lighthouse is to be erected on the Island of Anticosti is changed from the island’s west point to its southwest point.
