    An act to amend several laws regarding the practice of District Courts in the Districts of the part of the province formerly known as Upper Canada, which allows the Governor of the province to remove judges without first making a joint address of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly, provided that such cause or reason for removal is submitted to the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly at the next Session.
