DescriptionThis act is an amendment to an act first passed in 1831, which provided for the settlement of disputes resulting from a surveying error affecting the First Concession of Binbrook and the Eighth Concession of Saltfleet. The amendment resolves issues caused by those who refuse to take part in arbitration, which was not foreseen by the original act.
