    An act to amend the incorporation The Guelph and Dundas Road Company as the County of Waterloo and Counties of Wentworth and Halton are the sole shareholders. They are allowed 22,900 pounds in capital stock made up of five pound shares and the wardens of each county will serve as chairmen of the board.
