DescriptionUnder this Ordinance, Grand Voyers for each district are allowed to appoint Deputies as deemed necessary, in addition to Surveyors of Roads, under the terms as outlined. Their duties relating to the inspection, opening, and maintenance of roads are described. This Ordinance is to remain in force until 1842.
