    This Ordinance makes further provision for carrying into effect the 1830 Act, “An Act to provide for the improvement and enlargement of the Harbour of Montreal." The Ordinance provides a further forty thousand pounds towards the improvement of the Harbour, to be expended and accounted for as outlined.
