DescriptionThis Acts appoints Pierre Dominique De Bartzeh, Louis Joseph Papineau and John Neilson, Esquire as commissioners for the Province of Lower Canada to meet with and treat with the commissioners appointed in Upper Canada concerning trade duties, improvements to waterways and roads, between the two provinces. This Act is to remain in force until 1831.
