DescriptionAn Act to apply a sum not exceeding one thousand four hundred pounds towards completing and repairing certain roads within the district, constructed under the 1823 Act “An Act to appropriate certain sums of money therein-mentioned, towards opening and repairing a Road from Drummondville to Sorel, and the Temiscouata Road, and for other purposes,” and the 1817 Act “An Act to make more effectual provision for the improvement of the Internal Communications of this Province.” The processes by which these repairs are to take place and the commissioners who are to oversee the construction should be appointed and their duties are outlined.
