    This Act describes how jurors are to be selected and summoned to court, and who is qualified to serve as jurors on provincial, civil, and criminal courts. Specific instructions for how this is to be undertaken in each district are outlined, as well as penalties should summoned jurors fail to serve without giving lawful cause. This Act is to remain in force until 1835.
